As part of my family eating habits, we usually include vegetables, fruits and whole grains in our meals. We prefer "homemade" everyday as our menu no matter how hectic life can be. Here is what I add to my water (No sugar needed but you can try carbonated water if desired).
3 Strawberries.
1 c. Blackberries.
Squeeze half a Lemon.
Ice cubes (as many as you want)
I fill my bottle with 16oz. water and added the fruits to the tube in the middle. I put it in the fridge for 15 minutes before going out and it didn't take longer to taste as good as I expected!. It's just a healthy and delicious homemade fruit water you get to enjoy all day long. I like the fact that my daughter loves it too!. Way better than sugary drinks, of course!.
